We aim for a world where animals lead their own lives as dignified lives, being free from unilateral exploitation and use of humans, and all lives coexist in poise and harmony.

MISSION

We expands understanding, empathy, and social participation in animal rights through sharing knowledge and learning with citizens, encourages positive changes in culture and perception through extensive research and a variety of action, and promotes animal welfare by improving movement of laws and systems.
