HOSPICE IN THE WEALD

We strive to ensure that the community we serve has access to: Compassionate, Individualised, Holistic and Supportive care for all patients with a terminal illness, their families, and carers.

Hospice in the Weald provides outstanding care and support, completely free of charge, to patients facing the devastating diagnosis of a terminal illness, as well as to their families and carers. This is done through five services: In-Patient Ward, Hospice in the Home, Hospice Day Service, Counselling & Support and Cottage Hospice.

Hospice in the Weald operates 24h a day, 365 days a year, helping families enjoy the precious time that they have together. 90p of every £1 raised goes directly to patient care. It costs £7 million a year to run the Hospice, and we wouldn't be able to do this if it weren't for the support of our community. Thank you for choosing to support your local Hospice.
