American Women's Club of Luxembourg

The Gifts for Kids mission is to spread joy and hope to underprivileged children living in refugee homes in Luxembourg during the holiday season.

Since 2012, the AWCL's Gifts for Kids initiative, led by volunteers, has brought joy to children in group homes across Luxembourg. Every year, businesses, schools, and the community help raise funds for Saint Nicholas Day gifts, with 100% of donations going toward the purchases.

Children select a gift up to 25 euros or a 20-euro gift card from Cactus, and AWCL ensures they receive them by December 6th. The holiday is celebrated with music, dancing, and a visit from St. Nicholas.

Last year, with approximately 1,500 children in need, we saw increasing demand, and this year we anticipate even more as child poverty continues to rise. Please help keep the tradition alive by donating!
