The Hualien County Youth Public Welfare Organisation is the first NGO in Taiwan to focus on youth as its service objective. The group believes that through recreational activities, young people can grow and become an important part of Hualien's next generation. The NGO also focuses on leadership development, including increasing young people's awareness of public affairs and problem-solving skills. They are committed to promoting youth volunteer service in an organised and systematic way, providing a platform for matching youth volunteers, and establishing the Youth Volunteer Centre as a local permanent volunteer service operation centre. They've promoted children's education in remote villages and family programmes; launched the "Healthy Supply Chain Production and Consumption Support System", which enables the reuse of land for production and the growth of tribal community economies; and supported social welfare through platforms such as "Delivering Books to Eastern Taiwan", "Delivering Warm Quilts" and "Seeds for the Charity Market".

In addition to the fundraising campaign, Fidelity Taiwan is also planning a "Shoe Boxes" event on 15 December at noon, inviting everyone to join us in packing supplies to donate to children in remote areas.

花蓮縣青少年公益組織為全台灣第一個以青少年為服務對象的民間團體。該協會希望青少年能由活動中積極成長，成為花蓮都市風格成型的關鍵世代。並著重培養青少年關心公共事務，以及解決問題的能力等領袖培育的工作。環境上，致力於促進青年志工服務工作以組織化、系統化的推動模式，提供青年志工供需媒合服務平台，建構青年志工中心成為地方常態性志工服務運籌中心。長期推動照顧偏鄉兒童教育、健全家庭計畫；發起「健康供應鏈生產消費互助系統」，讓土地重新用於生產、發展部落社區經濟；推動社會行善窗口，如 「送書到後山」、「寒天送暖被」、「種子公益市集」等平台。

除了響應捐款活動，富達台灣也預計在12/15號中午舉辦Shoes Box 活動，邀大家一起打包物資捐贈給偏鄉兒童。

If you want the Hualien County Youth Public Welfare Organisation to upload the donation information to Taiwan's National Tax Bureau, please also provide your ID number.

For transparency and accountability reasons, only one receipt can be issued for each donation, and the same donation cannot be issued with different donor names. The receipt you receive will exclude the amount of the Matching Grant donation. In addition, due to currency exchange and bank processing fees, the foundation will issue a donation receipt showing the final TWD amount received.
