On 8th November, I’ll be swimming 5000 metres - a half marathon distance - at the iconic London Aquatics Centre to raise funds for Alzheimer’s Society that will:

• Help people affected by dementia get the support they need today
• Drive forward research for better treatments and ultimately a cure
• Raise awareness and fight stigma around dementia
