SMA UK provides accurate information for anyone affected by SMA and offers individualised support and opportunities to connect with others. We advocate for access to new drug treatments and better care and services. We support and fund research-related initiatives that seek to increase understanding of SMA and further improve lives.

SMA UK is a national charity supporting anyone affected by spinal muscular atrophy, a rare genetic, neuromuscular condition that causes muscle weakness and loss of movement. We offer support and information and advocate on issues important to the SMA Community.
